Dr. Dawn read and explained my xray with detail and clarity. She took in other information about me and laid out a plan which is improving my condition. I am under her care more than six months and am much stronger. Her assistants are well trained. The ambiance of this clinic is exceptionally pleasant. I highly recommend Dr. Dawn and her Lakeview clinic.

One of the best chiropractor experience I’ve had.I initially used the 4 Groupon visits out of curiosity and since then I become part of the family. For the last 3 months Dr. Dawn tailored a specific adjustment for my old lower back pain. She made me feel hopeful and optimistic . I liked the fact that her treatment incorporates physical therapy exercises and chiropractic adjustments. My body posture has improved tremendously and the pain is getting a lot better. Also mentioning the warmth and friendliness of the staff Maya and Shiv. They guided and helped me with the exercises and kept me on track of the appointments. They really care about your wellness.

I was invited to a dinner hosted by Dr.Dawn, she informed all of her guest on the importance of spinal health and how it's connected to your over all health and wellbeing. You don't have to wait until you feel serious damage before you get treatment, see where your body is and improve from there! They really take good care of everyone there, it feels like home. Since I've been there I've been inspired and encouraged to expand my knowledge on taking care of my body, inside and out. I encourage everyone to check it out, especially the location on Halsted

I have been coming to Dr. Dawn, a little more than a year for chronic neck, shoulder and back issues. Although, in the past I've had temporary recoveries, I have never experienced this kind of proactive treatment. This is the first time I've had a doctor sit down with me and explain my X-rays so I can understand. Combined physical therapy, with adjustments is just great. I've always been physically active but now I have proper guidance as to what exercises I need to heal my problem. There is so much attention to detail. It is clear to me that Dr. Dawn loves her work and cares about her patients. The atmosphere in the office is very special. It is relaxed and comfortable. What's happening is extremely skilled but it's delivered in a personal down to earth manner. Around my treatments I am interacting with other patients or laughing and joking with the staff. Dr. Dawns assistants, Shiv and Maya are both wonderful. There is a bulletin board with daily inspirational quotes. Other holistic practices, such as Reiki are also embraced, and the space hosts periodic events. It's a very positive environment. My starting treatment was for 12 weeks of 3 days a week. As I improved it was cut to once a week and now I come once every two weeks. If not for a bicycle accident several months ago, I might be going even less. That said, the goal is to get the patients healed not to keep them coming back forever. Dr. Dawn has referred me to others for therapies that she she felt could help me more than just coming to her. She is the kind of doctor that is always learning new things and encourages her patients to do the work that needs to be done for healing, outside the office. I trust her completely and am truly grateful to know her!

I have been going to this location for about a year and a half. Entered with a pinch nerve on my back but through the x-rays, I found out I had reverse neck and twisted hips. Now, I have a normal curve in my neck and my hip movement and rotation is greatly improved! Dr. Dawn and team have helped me regain my mobility and I’m glad I addressed the issues sooner than later.

I've been coming to this location after an injury that happened over last winter and it has been a game changer to my life! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and always make you feel comfortable from your first visit. I admit I didn't know much going in at first and the doctor took the time to explain every detail of what we would be doing to get me back to my healthy self. I've continued coming back ever since because I truly notice a difference in my everyday life and my posture. Highly recommend!

Dr. Dawn is not your average doc. She actually listens to her patients! I've been going for adjustments for just over a year and due to Dr. Dawn's skill and diligence, I feel significantly more agile and less cranky. I have been coming here for almost four years now. Dr. Webster is amazing at adjustments and treatments and she is always finding different ways to connect with and help her clients. She treats everyone with respect and I cannot stress enough how helpful she is in maintaining physical health.The receptionist is always kind and smiling. I love Universal Welliness Source Lakeview! I feel like I’m in such great hands! The staff is always very kind, warm, and receptive! Dr. Dawn is AMAZING! She always gets my back in alignment. I can’t tell you how many times I came in with a ton of pain and left feeling like a whole new person! Dr. Dawn is very knowledgeable about many health related topics, so she can help with other issues as well. She can help piece together what’s going with you, why things are they way they are, and help guide you. On top of that, I had a lot of severe health issues and had trouble making it in consistently, but Dr. Dawn and her staff have worked with me to make sure I get taken care of. I’ve never had a doctor’s office take such good care of me! I know my recovery has definitely sped up because of their willingness to help me and their dedication to my health.
