Chicago’s spectacular Haunted Halsted Halloween Parade with costume contest and awards show returns, after a year’s absence, on October 31, 2021. The 24th annual Halloween night tradition continues to grow and will now stretch from Aldine to Waveland, in the heart of the landmark LGBTQ+ Northalsted corridor. The Parade is free to attend.

An Awards Show stage at Waveland will feature Grand Marshalls Matthew Rodrigues, host of NBC5’s Chicago Today, with Batty Davis the Dancing Diva, and live musical performances. A festival area next to the stage will offer a Halloween photo landscape, plenty of dancing room and a beer tent.
