Restaurant Participants:

• Decide on an easily portioned, memorable menu item to feature
• Plan for 300 participants over 3 hours
• Acquire sampling supplies: plates, boats, napkins, utensils
• Arrange for serving staff who will also deliver a marketing message: eg. carryout menu, flyer, etc.
• Promote event on social media and display event signage

NOTE: Restaurants will receive a $200 reimbursement for food expenses.

Retail & Service Business

• Allocate floor space for sampling; plan for 300 participants over 3 hours
• Provide a minimum 5′ width table and trash bin
• Have greeter staff on hand to deliver your brand message
• Display event signage
• Promote event on social media

Brewery / Distillery / Liquor Vendor

• Decide on product(s) to feature,
• Send menu & brand logo to [email protected]
• Plan for 300 participants
• Arrange for on sight brand reps to sample product
• Bring or deliver product and sampling materials (cups)
• Share event info on social media
