Egoist Underwear opened June 22, 2010, in Northalsted, Chicago. Although we have changed our location twice, our purpose has always been the same: to provide our customers with garments that will fit great and will make feel our customers great. We opened our new location at 3739 N Halsted St, right next to The North End bar. Most of our products are available online, although certain brands, due to their trade policies, are available in-store only. We offer a wide selection of men’s designer underwear (briefs, boxer briefs, jockstraps, jock briefs, thongs, mesh and enhancing underwear), men’s premium swimwear (bikinis, square cuts, and shorts), athletic wear as well as t-shirts, v-necks, tank tops, shirts, and shorts.

Straight males seem like they’d be welcome in here, though, as nobody gave me a second thought when I walked in (as a female in a male underwear store). While there are tons of mannequins and posters of fit males wearing the underwear, there is nothing of adult/graphic nature in here. The store focuses on male clothing that tends to be more revealing than what you’d find elsewhere. You can find swimwear, activewear clothes, lots of revealing underwear, shirts, accessories, and more. There’s a nice, decent selection.”
