If you want to see magic in action, you have to see Martha! Her color is PHENOMENAL! I my hair colored a shade of red and it's so vibrant. I can't even tell you how many compliments I've received! Martha uses her expertise to help you with your hair decisions. I appreciate a colorist/stylist who listens to what I'm looking for but can also tell me when something may not work or look right on me. See Martha. You won't regret it!!

I get my hair cuts here once a month. A salon that is very clean and welcoming. Its hard to find salons these days that put their main focus into you and your hair. Ricci Kapricci is definitely that, they will spend how ever long it takes to make sure you have the best experience and cut :)

I've been coming here for 3 years and never had an issue. My cuts have been with Valentina or Silvio and both are always going above and beyond to make sure you leave loving your cut. Definitely a fun and friendly vibe too while waiting where you can talk to anyone there and just feel welcome overall.

The best place for hair in Chicago! I have been getting my hair cut by Silvio for over 3 years now. I moved at one point and was gone for one of those years, but still came back just to have Silvio cut my hair. I am extremely picky and every time I move, I go through at least 3 or 4 rated stylists before I land on one that is at least adequate. After the first cut with Silvio, I knew that I had found the very best! I work in an industry that is full of fashion critics and at an event in New York after my first cut, I was stopped by multiple people asking who did my hair. One even took a picture to show his stylist, so he could have a similar look! Silvio’s new place has an amazing location and the ambience is what you would expect of a high end establishment. If that isn’t enough, the price is fair, which is extremely hard to find in any city for such high quality care. When I am there, I only hear people praising the other stylists and saying how they wish they had found this place sooner! Any bad reviews on here are obviously people just looking for negative things to say, because I have never had a bad experience after over 3 years and have never heard anyone complain, only people saying how excited they were about their hair! If there was a higher rating than 5 stars I would definitely give it, I couldn’t be more happy... obviously... haha

As COO of a business I have always been looking for a place that will give me the right professional cut so that when I am in conferences or meeting with big names I look professional. I tried so many places for hair cut and Ricci Kapricci was and is the final stop. First when I walked in here, all the employees greet you. After that one of them came up to me and asked if I had an appointment and with who. After asking me to have a seat for about couple minutes another employee greeted me and said would you like something to drink. Amazing Amazing. Then it was time for my hair cut which is the main reason why I fell in love with this place and ending up bringing my wife for coloring. Not only did Silvio make 1 new customer but also my wife was happy with her hair now its 2. I finally found the place that gives me the hair cut to my satisfaction and also the treatment while being in the salon. Silvio thank you very much for your help. You deserve praise because you were very patient with me asking so many things and ended up giving me what I requested and what others couldnt. I Highly Highly recommend this salon for hair cut and my wife can a test to her women beauty needs when it comes to it. Thank you Silvio and thank you to everyone else who went out of the way to welcome me and make me feel comfortable.

I can't say enough great things about this salon! So happy with my hair! I had a bad experience with another salon previously and when I came in I was a little nervous. Hector was phenomenal. Listening to everything I said I was looking for and was super sweet. My hair looks amazing, and is exactly what I want. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is relaxing. I will definitely be coming back!

I have been going to Ricci Kapricci for a while to get my hair cut and they always do an incredible job. My hairstylist is Silvio and every since i was recommended to him i have been getting the best hair cuts ever! He always goes above and beyond to make me feel at home and comfortable.. "Would you like something to drink while you get a hair cut" !! i mean where do you get that and also always washes my hair with quality shampoo and conditioner ! my hair always looks like im about to get on a movie scene ! I went to Ricci Kapricci today and am so grateful to Valentina who absolutely awed me with what a beautiful job she did, and was so nice the whole process. She is so talented with color and her cut made my hair feel new; I couldn't stop smiling. She matched the color blonde flawlessly. It looked pristine and fresh and healthy. Everything she did was done meticulously with great care and the results showed. You need to see her.
