I live in the neighborhood. I used to have a PO box at this store. I always dreaded coming here, because of the employees. I stopped by today to drop a package. I printed out a label, stepped to the counter. The girl with funky hair greeted me, asked me how my day was going , took the paperwork, handed me a receipt , wished me a good day and this is the first time for the past 3-4 years when I left this store with s smile and intention to come back soon if I need anything else. Thank you, Brittany!!! I love your haircut!!!

I come here to mail packages often. Mostly good experience but frequent staff turnover is a bit annoying. Otherwise I like the place

Brigitte has helped me on two occasions in a most brilliant, reliable, cost-effective and then some ways! They have packaged and shipped UPS ground odd sized art pieces and more that I have sold, and their rates are far more reasonable than other UPS stores (or so I thought). They are my To-go UPS location.
