Santa Speedo Run
Each year since 2011, hundreds of participants have spent a December day running through the heart of East Lakeview in Chicago, clad in nothing more than Santa hats, speedos and other holiday attire.
Why?
Because it’s great fun and raises funds for a great cause, Center on Halsted.
The Center is the Midwest’s most comprehensive community center dedicated to advancing community and securing the health and well-being of LGBTQ people across Chicagoland.

Register for the event today. Then, mark your calendars with these key details for the day:
Date: Saturday, December 2nd, 2023. 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm
12 pm: Sign-in @ Sidetrack
2 pm: 1-mile run through Lakeview East
2:30 pm: Awards, entertainment and door prizes!
4-8 pm: The After-Party!
Sidetrack is open until 3 am Saturdays, so the party continues into the night!
