Eligibility
Businesses or properties located within SSA #18 boundaries may be eligible for the following grant programs if they meet the rebate requirements and sufficient funding for the rebate program(s) is available. All rebates will be processed at the next regularly scheduled SSA #18 commission meeting.
Rebates
Northalsted SSA 18 Facade Rebate >
Eligible businesses or properties may receive up to a 60% rebate ($2,500 maximum per storefront) for facade projects costing at least $1,000. Eligible projects include improvements on awnings, doors, windows, signage, and more.
Northalsted SSA 18 Security Rebate >
Eligible businesses and properties may receive a rebate of up to 50% ($1,500 maximum per business) for security expenses, such as purchasing surveillance systems, safety lighting, and more.
